How DevelopVault handles personal data submitted through this website.
Who we are. This website is operated by Mackay Consulting Services Ltd (trading as DevelopVault), registered in England & Wales, company no. 15426790. Registered office: 82 Meadow Park, Bath, BA1 7PY, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, organisation, role, what you are interested in and your message. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Its fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties.
Why. To respond to your enquiry and, where you ask, to send you information about DevelopVault products. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to enquiries) and, for early access updates, your consent.
Processors. Form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to our email inbox. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from attack. Formspree and Cloudflare are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred there, with the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
Retention. We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months unless you become a customer or ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights. Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its use, ask for it in a form you can take elsewhere and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
